Ronald Groen

Ronald Groen is an experienced operations executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Operations Director for Europe at Advantech since September 2022, Ronald oversees operations in the context of a growing $2 billion sales environment focused on IoT intelligent systems. Prior to this role, Ronald was the Director and Owner of M4R, providing management support for companies. Ronald also held the position of Transformation & Program Director at Neways Electronics International NV, where responsibilities included executing a new strategy and driving transformation processes. Ronald's extensive career includes significant roles at Ecolab, Microtek Medical B.V., Technicolor, Van Gansewinkel, and Vitesse Warehousing & Distribution, contributing to operational excellence and strategic development. Ronald holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management.
