Don Ong

Don Ong, also known as Joan Hong, has a diverse work experience in various companies. Don (Joan Hong) started their career in 2004 as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Agilent Technologies. Don (Joan Hong) then moved on to Verigy, where they held roles as a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer and later as a Staff RF Application Engineer. In 2011, they joined Broadcom as a Senior Staff Engineer, specializing in Test. Don joined Advantest in 2013, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Program Manager - Global, Regional Business Process Manager - Asia, Head of Innovation, Director, and currently serves as the Field Service Marketing Communication Director. Additionally, they were a Board Member at PS Energy Singapore from 2020 and worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Singapore Institute of Technology from 2020 to 2022.

Don (Joan Hong) Ong completed a Master's degree in Judge Business School from the University of Cambridge from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University from 2011 to 2012. They also obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2000 to 2003. Don (Joan Hong) Ong began their education at Temasek Polytechnic, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering from 1995 to 1998.
