Keith Hardwick

Keith Hardwick is the current Senior Executive Officer & Global HR Executive Vice President at Advantest Corp. Keith has over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry and has worked on a variety of projects both big and small.

Keith started their career in 1984 as a Mechanical and Electrical Site Engineer for Kier International. Keith then moved on to Mowlem Facilities Management as their Establishment Works Consultant from 1994-1997. In 1997, Keith became the Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager for MIvan Engineering Ltd and held that position until 1999 when they transitioned to KT Engineering to work as their Mechanical Project Manager. Keith then took on the role of Technical Services Manager for Belize Water Services Limited from 2002-2014 before taking their current position at Advantest Corp.

Throughout their career, Keith has gained valuable experience in budgeting, resourcing, programming, design supervision, procurement, and quality control. Keith is also an expert in installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment. In their current role at Advantest Corp, Keith is responsible for overseeing the company's global human resources initiatives.

Keith Hardwick has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University. Keith is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
