Teresa Reid

Teresa Reid serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Advantest America, Inc. since March 2005, where leadership includes oversight of the legal function, strategy, and operations for the company and its major subsidiaries. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Associate Attorney at McCausland Keen & Buckman, focusing on commercial, corporate, and employment litigation from January 2000 to April 2004, as well as roles at Post & Schell, P.C., and Margolis Edelstein, where expertise in complex commercial insurance coverage litigation was developed. Teresa Reid holds a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University.
