Keith Arnold

Keith Arnold has held various roles in the IT industry since 2002. Keith began their career as Lead Computer Technician for the College of Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2005, they moved into the role of IT Consultant at Restart Computer Solutions. Two years later, they joined Infinity Technology Services as an IT Consultant and Business Development. In 2009, they became a Systems Engineer at Vital Solutions International, LLC. Since 2014, Arnold has been with Advanticom, where they have held the roles of President & CEO, Vice President, and Senior Manager - Cloud Service Operations.

Keith Arnold obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2002 and 2006. Keith also holds several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2, ITIL Expert - Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC) from PeopleCert, ITIL Intermediate CSI (Continual Service Improvement) from PeopleCert, ITIL Intermediate OSA (Operational Support & Analysis) from PeopleCert, ITIL Intermediate PPO (Planning, Protection & Optimization) from PeopleCert, ITIL Intermediate SOA (Service Offerings & Agreements) from PeopleCert, and ITIL V3 Foundations from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
