Kevin Metcalfe has over 11 years of professional experience in the IT field. In 2021, they joined Advanticom as a NOC Team Lead and Service Desk Technician II. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Bank from 2009 to 2021, initially as a contractor via CIBER before being hired on the US Bank payroll in April 2010. During their time at U.S. Bank, they held the roles of Officer - Help Desk Manager I, Help Desk Specialist Senior, and Help Desk Specialist II. In these roles, they provided management guidance, directed and motivated staff, negotiated service level agreements, resolved inquiries and requests for assistance, analyzed complex issues, maintained written documentation for each call, provided off-site support during disaster recovery scenarios and site outages, and ensured all policies and procedures were properly followed.

Kevin then attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate in Science Degree in Information Technology; Network Security and Computer Forensics. Kevin is currently enrolled at Western Governors University, where they are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Network Operations & Security, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
