Ana Paula Neves Ferreira is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and business development, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Advantio, an Integrity360 company, since April 2021. In this role, Ana Paula manages customer journeys and coordinates resource allocations with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Ana Paula held a position as a Senior Business Development Executive at IDG, where responsibilities included team training, project contributions, and data analysis for lead generation. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at The Gresham Hotel and Harold Cross’ Dinner, legal and financial assistant positions at Banco Carrefour, and administrative roles in various organizations. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and two degrees in Information Technology from CCT College Dublin.
