Carolina Anaya Pico

Carolina Anaya Pico has a diverse work experience with various roles in different organizations. Carolina began their career at Indiana University Kokomo in 2014, where they worked as a Spanish Tutor, Front Desk Associate, and Honors Program Intern until 2017. After that, they joined Central Indiana First Steps as a Bilingual Intake Coordinator from October 2017 to May 2018. Carolina then worked as a Digital Communication Specialist at Indiana Disability Rights from May 2018 to November 2019. In November 2019, they joined the City of Indianapolis as part of the Axis: Latino Young Professionals Fellowship, which they held until August 2020. From November 2019 to September 2021, they also worked as a Digital Communications Coordinator at the State of Indiana. Carolina's most recent role is at Advantis Medical Staffing, starting in January 2022 as a Lead HR Specialist, then transitioning to HR Onboarding Manager in May 2023.

Carolina Anaya Pico attended Indiana University Kokomo from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied at Alianza Colombo Francesa and obtained a Language Certificate with a focus on French.
