Kelsea Bickerstaff

Kelsea Bickerstaff has a diverse work experience across various industries. Kelsea is currently working as a Professional Recruiter at Advantis Medical Staffing since March 2022 and as a Recruiter since November 2021. Previously, Kelsea served as the Head Bartender at The Porch from May 2019 to August 2021, where they excelled in customer service and mentored new bartenders. Kelsea also worked as the Head Coach for a high school girls rugby team at Colts Rugby from October 2017 to March 2020. Kelsea gained experience in the field of sports media as a Student Recruiting Assistant for OU Football from March 2019 to December 2019. Kelsea further honed their media skills at OU Nightly from August 2017 to December 2019, where they worked as a Crew Member and Editorial Member, operating cameras, handling audio tasks, and improving their broadcast writing skills. Kelsea also contributed to Sooner Sports Pad as a Producer, Public Relations personnel, and Camera Operator from August 2016 to December 2019. In addition, they gained industry knowledge as a Sports Intern at KXII News 12 from May 2018 to August 2018, assisting with camera duties, interviews, and video editing. Kelsea's earlier work experiences include serving as a Secretary at Brown Riddels, L.P.P.C from May 2012 to August 2017, and as a Server and Hostess at La Mesa Mexican Restaurant from March 2014 to August 2016, where they developed skills in customer service, money handling, and food delivery.

Kelsea Bickerstaff obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma from 2016 to 2019. Kelsea then pursued a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration at the University of Cincinnati from 2020 to 2021.
