NicAnne M. is an experienced professional currently serving as Product Operations Manager at Advantive, responsible for enhancing operational effectiveness across the product organization. In addition to this role, NicAnne founded and serves as Executive Director of Angel Assistance Group, a consulting agency focused on coaching and DEI services. As an Alumni Mentor for Delta Mu Delta, NicAnne provides career guidance to new business graduates. Previous positions include Chief of Staff roles at Touchcast and Andela, along with significant experience at Clearco, Aerial Electric, and Bridgewater Associates. NicAnne holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University.
