Brian Nguyen

Brian Nguyen is the current Operations Program Manager at Levels.fyi. Brian has also previously worked as a Program Manager at Amazon in both the HR and AWS departments. In their previous positions, Brian was responsible for identifying gaps in existing processes and developing proposals to improve them, evaluating plans and programmatic changes, mitigating risks, and identifying tech solutions to enable processes to scale. Brian is also skilled in training teams of specialists to become subject matter experts and managing and influencing at a high level.

Brian Nguyen has a B.A in English Literature and Secondary Education from Western Washington University. Brian also has a High School Diploma from Henry M Jackson High School. Brian has a certification from LinkedIn in Learning Program Management.
