Josh Kerns

Josh Kerns is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Advantmed since July 2025 and at Curation Health since October 2020, Kerns has a proven track record in managing financial processes, including acquisition management and market readiness. Kerns previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at TrustHCS from November 2015 to October 2020 and was CFO/Financial Controller at HEALTHCAREfirst from January 2011 to November 2015, where responsibilities included the development of financial management systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Noble from April 2006 to December 2010 and as a Senior Staff Accountant, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting and finance. Kerns holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Missouri State University.
