Neha Srivastava

Neha Srivastava has a work experience that spans across two companies. Neha worked at Premia Group from November 2014 to August 2015 as a Human Resources Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, and job postings.

Following this, Neha joined Advantum Health in October 2015 as a Sr. Associate HR. In this role, they handled the recruitment and selection process, which included tasks such as posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting HR interviews. Neha also worked with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions. Neha updated candidates' records using recruitment software.

In April 2022, Neha was promoted to the position of Team Lead - HR at Advantum Health.
