William Vaughan has a diverse work experience. William started their career as an AEA Actor at Capital Talent Agency from 2014 to 2018. From 2017 to 2021, they founded a nonprofit organization called Walterhoope, where they served as the Development Artistic Director. In this role, they handled various responsibilities including budgeting, marketing, social media management, grant writing, and fundraising. In 2021, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Administrative Resident at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Currently, they are employed at Advantus Health Partners as the Cincinnati Market Director, Field Operations, and previously served as the Supply Chain Director.
William Vaughan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and two Graduate Certificates in Healthcare Operations and Healthcare Administration at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from the University of South Carolina from 2009 to 2013. William also obtained a certification in Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in 2022.
