Rajat Saxena has worked in three companies: AdvaRisk, KARUR VYSYA BANK, and ITC Limited. In AdvaRisk, they started as Zonal Business Head in 2022. In KARUR VYSYA BANK, they started in 2019 as Sales Manager, responsible for driving entire branch sales (new & existing clients) through branch and sales channels, handling Retail & SME clients, and handling a team of 5 sales associates. Rajat was later promoted to Business Development Officer, responsible for on-boarding new SME clients for an entire division. In ITC Limited, they started in 2018 as a Market Research Intern, where they designed a Go-To Market strategy for the launch of “Herbal Mosquito Repellent Incense Sticks” using segmentation, targeting, positioning, and revised packaging & pricing strategy in order to make the product more appealing to the customers.
Rajat Saxena completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Technocrats Institute of Technology in 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
