Tehsinkhan Pathan

Tehsinkhan Pathan has had a diverse work experience since 2010. Tehsinkhan began their career as an Article Trainee at Lakhani Ismaili Tundiya & Co., where they had exposure to Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits of Companies up to finalization, as well as Bank Audit of Nationalised banks and Stock Audit. Tehsinkhan also had experience in preparation of Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, VAT and CST returns of various corporate and non-corporate entities. In 2013, they became the Proprietor of T.Y. Pathan and Associates. In 2014, they joined Marwadi Shares & Finance Ltd as an Assistant Manager (Projects), where they assisted the Vice President and Assistant Vice President in forensic research & analysis assignments of listed/unlisted companies across sectors and trained, guided and monitored the team of data analyst to complete assignments independently. In 2016, they became the Head of Product & Founding Member of AdvaRisk, a startup, where their primary responsibility included team building, developing and managing of Forensic Analysts and Data Analysts, as well as providing constant guidance, monitoring and mentoring team to perform fraud investigation assignments.

Tehsinkhan Pathan has a comprehensive education history. Tehsinkhan began their studies in 2006, when they attended H B K High School, where they earned their H.S.C. degree in Business/Commerce, General. In 2008, they graduated from H. L. INSTITUTE OF COMMERCE with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Advanced Auditing and Accounting. That same year, they also began studying at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned their Chartered Accountant (C.A.) degree in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation and Law in 2012. Tehsinkhan also attended the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they earned their Cost Accountant degree in Cost and Management Auditing and Accounting in 2013. In 2013, they also earned their D.I.S.A. (ICAI) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Information System Auditing. Tehsinkhan is currently enrolled in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, where they are studying Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation and is expected to graduate in 2021.
