Melody Jankowski

Melody Jankowski has diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Melody'smost recent position is as the Director of Quality and Information Systems at Advarra, where they have been working since March 2021. Before that, they worked at Accuray for nearly 7 years as a Senior Manager of Learning & Development. Prior to Accuray, they worked at Maxim Integrated Products as a Learning Management System Administrator from 2012 to 2014. From 2010 to 2012, Melody was an Implementation Manager at General Physics Corporation. In their earlier years, they worked at Cadence Design Systems for a total of 11 years, starting as a Senior Program Coordinator from 1998 to 2001, and later transitioning to a Senior HRIM Specialist from 2002 to 2009. Melody's first job was as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Adaptec from 1996 to 1997.

Melody Jankowski completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix between 1999 and 2003. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "The Long-Distance Teammate: Staying Connected (Book Bite)" and "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn in 2023, as well as "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" in 2022.
