Monica Bounds

Monica Bounds, MSA, is an experienced talent management and human resources professional currently serving as Talent Manager at Advarra since January 2022. With a strong background in human resources, Monica has held various leadership positions including People and Culture Manager at InterAction, Human Resources Manager at TRACE International, Inc. and Hillcrest Children & Family Center, and Human Resources Director at FutureCare Health. Additionally, Monica contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Prince George's Community College since July 2015. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Human Services and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Southeast Missouri State University, along with a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
