Frances Gavigan

Frances Gavigan has over 40 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance. Frances began their career in 1980 as a Toxicologist at Allied-Signal, Inc. in Morristown, NJ. In 1987, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at Biosearch, Inc. and in 1990 they were promoted to Manager of Quality Assurance at Hoechst Celanese Corporation. In 1998, they joined Practical Compliance Systems LLC in Ringoes, NJ as a Principle/QA Quality Systems Consultant. From 1999 to 2007, they worked for the Food & Drug Administration, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Office of Enforcement in Rockville MD as a Management & Program Analyst. In 2015, they became a Clinical Quality Assurance at Amicus Therapeutics and in 2016 they held three roles: Associate Director, Clinical Quality Assurance at Advaxis, Inc.; Senior Manager Clinical Quality Assurance at Advanced Clinical Staffing Solutions; and Senior Manager Clinical QA at Judge Direct Placement.

Frances Gavigan attended Mt St John's Academy from 1965 to 1970. Frances then went on to earn a BA from Douglass College in 1974. Frances also holds a RQAP-GLP certification from the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA).
