Imran Ahmed is a Senior Analyst at Advay Capital Advisors since March 2023, with previous experience as a Subject Matter Expert - Finance at Yofoxy, where responsibilities included preparing financial models for a Greenfield Ethanol Project and managing interim finance during corporate restructuring. Prior to that, Imran worked at BDO as an Article Assistant, conducting forensic audits and transaction audits, and at Raj & Subramanian, also as an Article Assistant, with a focus on developing audit strategies and preparing reports for statutory audits. Imran holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a CS Executive from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an M.Com from the University of Madras, and a B.Com in Auditing and Taxation from the same university.
