Kaitie Nault

Kaitie Nault has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitie began their career at Cox Communications in 2013 as an Inbound Sales Representative, where they focused on selling Cox video, high-speed internet, and telephone services. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Office Manager at a Juvenile Detention Facility, handling various administrative tasks and representing their department in meetings. Kaitie then joined the Kansas Department for Children and Families as a Human Services Specialist, where they conducted interviews, compiled information, and investigated discrepancies to determine eligibility and potential effects on benefits or services.

In 2016, Nault transitioned to Cox Business as an Account Executive, working to improve profitability and productivity within businesses. Their responsibilities included meeting with business owners, conducting walkthroughs, building plans, and presenting proposals for signature. Kaitie also developed and maintained relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

From 2019 to 2020, Nault worked as an Account Executive at FE Moran Security Solutions, focusing on improving profitability and productivity for businesses. In this role, they conducted walkthroughs, developed proposals, and maintained customer relationships.

In 2020, Nault joined Interim Healthcare of Wichita as a Senior Recruiter. Kaitie managed multiple positions and large-scale hiring initiatives throughout the recruitment life cycle. Kaitie strategized with hiring leaders, optimized recruiting tools and resources, and attracted top talent to healthcare positions. Additionally, they served as a Communicable Disease Investigator, partnering with long-term care facilities and businesses to determine the spread of the virus, conducting health diagnoses on individuals who tested positive, and tracking known clusters within businesses and healthcare to help slow the spread.

Currently, Nault holds the position of Director of Business Development and Recruiting at Advena Living, starting in 2022.

Kaitie Nault attended Wichita State University from 2018 to 2023. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
