Anders Silwer

Anders Silwer has extensive experience in leadership and governance within both the military and private sectors. Currently serving as a board member for Advenica AB, W5 Solutions, and Nixu Corporation, as well as an advisory board member for NITIU AB, Silwer's recent roles highlight a commitment to strategic oversight and development. Previous military positions include LTGEN (Res) at the Swedish Defence Force HQ, and various senior roles within the Swedish Defence Force, culminating in positions such as Chief Joint Training and Development and Air Force Chief of Staff. Silwer holds a Master in Strategic Planning from Air University and completed the Command and Staff Course at the National Defence College.
