Karen Lewis Steinberg has over 30 years of experience in various roles in revenue management, strategy, and education. Karen currently works as the Senior Director of Revenue at Advenir Living, where they are responsible for maximizing growth through pricing and occupancy strategies. Prior to this, Karen worked as the Senior Strategy Manager at Celebrity Cruises, overseeing the air strategy program and leading a multimillion-dollar project. Karen also served as the Associate Vice President of Revenue Management at Celebrity Cruises and Revenue Manager at Royal Caribbean International. Karen began their career as a Math Interventionist with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Overall, Karen has extensive experience in revenue management, strategy development, and leadership roles in the cruise industry.
Karen Lewis Steinberg has a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
