Richard Naccarato

Richard Naccarato has a strong background in real estate and property management. Richard is currently working at Advenir Living as the Vice President of Lease Up. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Capstone Collegiate Communities, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Richard also has experience as a Regional Manager at both McKinney Properties and Cambridge Venture Partners. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager at Campus Advantage and as the Director of Community Operations at JPI Companies. Richard started their career in the field of residence life at the University of Pittsburgh, where they held the position of Coordinator of Residence Life & Residence Hall Coordinator.

Richard Naccarato obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from California University of Pennsylvania between 1991 and 1995. In 1996, they received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Regional Planning & Development from the same university.
