Russell Nykaza

Russell Nykaza has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Russell most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at ADVENT. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Talent Management at BrightStar Care. Russell also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources, where they led the talent acquisition, human capital planning, and onboarding teams at ATI Physical Therapy. Russell previously worked as the Director of Human Resources at Chicago Trading Company and as the Senior Director of Human Resources at U.S. Cellular, where they oversaw talent management and associate relations. Russell began their career as the Vice President of People at ONE Community Inc., where they led HR functions and served as a corporate officer.
