Steven Schweitzer

Steven Schweitzer is a highly experienced financial professional, currently serving as Managing Director and High Yield Portfolio Manager at Advent Capital Management, LLC since October 2025. With over two decades in credit markets, Steven combines disciplined risk management, fundamental research, and active engagement with institutional clients to achieve consistent risk-adjusted performance. Previous roles include Co-Founder of North Castle Consulting, LLC, Managing Director in Transaction Execution Services at Accordion, and Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at The Swarthmore Group, Inc.
