Cleo Greenwood

Cleo Greenwood is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Advent, a global private equity firm, since September 2025. Previously, Cleo held the role of Human Capital Business Partner for the US at Alantra, overseeing human capital and operations, and also served as a Human Capital Specialist at the same firm, focusing on talent acquisition across multiple offices. Prior experience includes various roles at CB Insights, culminating as a People Associate, and internships at Fidelity Investments in meetings and events, as well as institutional asset management. Cleo's career began at Longwood Cricket Club, managing sales and instruction related to tennis. Cleo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Bucknell University and a High School Diploma from Newton Country Day School.
