Mauricio Atri

Mauricio joined Advent in 2023. He works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis. Prior to joining Advent, Mauricio was the Chief Strategy Officer at iCIMS, a private equity owned HR technology company, where he led corporate development, strategic planning, product operations, and pricing strategy. Prior to that, he was part of the Value Creation team at Vista Equity Partners, helping design and implement value creation plans across portfolio companies. Previously, Mauricio was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on go-to-market strategies, innovation, and large-scale transformations primarily in the CPG industry.

Mauricio holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics, with honors, from the Instituto Technologico Autonomo De Mexico.
