Pradeep Nema

Pradeep Nema joined Advent in 2022 as part its Portfolio Support Group with primary focus on leveraging data assets for execution of digital transformation efforts. Prior to Advent Pradeep was Principal at BCG where he executed corporate analytics program through implementation of predictive analytics use cases like - demand forecasting and AI based pricing etc. His primary specialization is in consumer retail and healthcare. Prior to BCG, Pradeep was Principal Data Scientist at Fractal Analytics where he advised CXOs on the topics like building centralized data lakes that enabled them to roll out hyper-personalized offers to consumers. Before Fractal, Pradeep was Director at Opera Solutions where he established and co-lead Operations group to help clients monetize data and execute on analytics use cases.

Pradeep holds MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and master’s degrees in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya University, India.
