Susan Gentile

Susan Gentile joined Advent as Managing Director on August 1, 2022. Her appointment as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer was effective October 1, 2022.

Prior to Advent, Susan was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of H.I.G. Capital, managing director and Chief Accounting Officer at Oaktree Capital Management and Chief Accounting Officer at The Clorox Company. Susan began her career with Deloitte.

Susan has served as the Audit Committee Chair for The Honest Company since May 2021.

Susan received her B.S. and B.A. degrees in finance from Boston University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
