Victor Beattie

Victor joined Advent International in 2020. Previously, he was at Apax Partners focusing on business services and retail & consumer industries in Brazil. Prior to that, Victor was a member of the Merchant Banking division of BTG Pactual, participating in investments in the apparel retail, waste management, power generation, and IT space. Victor began his career at Tarpon Investimentos, covering investments in the retail and healthcare sectors.

Victor holds a BA in Business Administration, with honors, from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and an MBA from The Wharton School.
