Mary Younggren currently serves as President and Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners - Minnesota Chapter (NAWBO-MN), providing valuable resources for women business owners across various growth stages. As owner and president of Advent Talent Group since 2003, Mary leads an award-winning recruitment and staffing firm focused on strategic human capital management. Additionally, as Principal of Advent Creative Group, Mary oversees a creative recruiting agency catering to diverse talent needs. Previously, Mary held leadership roles at Milkint Associates TempForce, achieving significant business growth, and at MSI International, where sales increased dramatically under their management. Mary holds a B.A. in Psychology, Social Work, and Music from Concordia College.
