Susan Isebrand

Susan Isebrand is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and brand management. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Advent Talent Group since January 2013, Susan has significantly contributed to the company's growth while managing marketing workflows, AI integration, and training initiatives. Previously, as the Director of Marketing and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Advent Talent Group, Susan spearheaded the marketing and communications function for over eight years. Prior roles include New Practice Director at Advent Creative, where Susan successfully launched and developed a new marketing category, and Recruiting & Communications Manager at TempForce, enhancing recruitment strategies and employer branding. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a double major in Public Relations and Journalism from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
