Amber Larson

Amber Larson, MSeD, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Learning Technologies at AdventHealth, a position held since September 2018, after previously being a Senior Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes roles at Florida Hospital as a Senior Manager in Learning Technologies and System Clinical Educator for the Invasive Cardiovascular Institute, as well as a Director of Learning & Professional Development at Adventist HealthCare. Amber's extensive career in nursing leadership includes managing university partnerships, overseeing ANCC Provider units, and leading interdisciplinary education teams to enhance regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Earlier roles include a Clinical Specialist in Surgical Services at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and a Clinical Educator at Frederick Memorial Healthcare Systems, alongside service as a Clinical Specialist in Cardiothoracic Surgery for the U.S. Navy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
