Audrey Gregory, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Vice President & CEO of AdventHealth East Florida Division and President & CEO of AdventHealth Central Florida Division - North Region. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Audrey held various leadership roles at Tenet Healthcare, including President and CEO of Detroit Medical Center, Market CEO of Saint Francis Healthcare, and Chief Nursing Officer. Audrey holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership Specializing in Corporate and Organizational Management, a Master of Science in Nursing, a Master of Health Services Administration, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
