Drew Madsen

Drew Madsen is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for Noodles & Company and a Strategic Advisor for AdventHealth, Madsen previously held senior roles including President & Chief Operating Officer at Panera Bread and Norwegian Cruise Line. Madsen's extensive experience includes over a decade at Darden Restaurants, where leadership was provided for the Olive Garden brand, overseeing significant sales and a large workforce. Madsen's early career included roles at companies such as Talbots, International Masters Publishers, James River Corporation, and General Mills. Madsen holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
