Mabel Valdivia Diaz

Mabel Valdivia Diaz is an experienced leader in nonprofit management, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Waterman Foundation at AdventHealth since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Fonkoze USA, where Mabel Valdivia Diaz provided strategic direction and championed fundraising efforts from November 2017 to July 2022, and as Director of Major Gifts for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America from February 2016 to November 2017, overseeing state and national fundraising events. Mabel Valdivia Diaz has also held senior positions at FINCA International and ForAfrika, focusing on donor management and grant implementation. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from American University and ongoing doctoral studies in Public Policy & Administration at Walden University.
