Nicole Cochran

Nicole Cochran, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in overseeing HR strategies and operations across various organizations. Currently serving in Human Resources at AdventHealth since January 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Bok Tower Gardens from January 2022 to August 2024, and at Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando from March 2017 to January 2022. Nicole's extensive career also includes a role as Statewide Director of Human Resources at Children's Home Society of Florida from 2002 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions across a multi-site organization with over 2,000 employees. Nicole's career began in 1997 in Home Health & Hospice Care as a Human Resource Assistant, and Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Franklin Pierce University.
