Randy Haffner

Randy Haffner is the Senior Executive Vice President, President & Chief Executive Officer, Central Florida Division at AdventHealth. Randy has held this position since April 2015.

Prior to their current role, Haffner served as the President & CEO of the Multi-State Division at AdventHealth from January 2009 to March 2015. Randy was also the Chief Executive Officer at Porter Adventist Hospital from August 1993 to January 1998 and again from January 1998 to December 2008.

Haffner began their career at Florida Hospital as the Director of DRG Management in August 1989. Randy was promoted to Administrator in January 1998 and served in that role until December 2008.

Randy Haffner has a PhD in Leadership Studies from Andrews University, an MBA from Rollins College, and a BS in Business Administration from Walla Walla University.

Randy Haffner reports to Terry Shaw, President & Chief Executive Officer. Some individuals on their team include Jessica Jacobs - Director-Strategic Program Management CFD, Debbie Thomas - Senior Vice President, SEO Transformation CFD, and Angelita Aguila - Assistant to the CEO. They are on a team with Ken Bacon - Senior Executive Vice President, President & CEO for the Multi-State Division, Ben Reaves - Consultant, and David Banks - Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Organizational Transformation Officer.
