Robin McGuinness

Robin McGuinness is currently the SEO Chief Nursing Executive WFD at AdventHealth. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Chief Clinical Officer, West Florida Region for Adventist Health System from December 2016 to May 2017. Robin has also held the position of Vice President Patient Care Services / Chief Nursing Officer at Florida Hospital Carrollwood from February 2012 to May 2017, and Director Neuroscience Unit / Stroke Program Coordinator at Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center from May 2006 to May 2007. Other notable positions include Patient Care Manager, Medical Intensive Care Unit at Hospital of Saint Raphael from September 1998 to July 2004, and Chief Nursing Officer at Venice Regional Medical Center from June 2007 to August 2011.

After completing their high school diploma at Lyman Hall High School, Robin McGuinness pursued a career in nursing, completing their BSN at Saint Joseph's College. Robin then went on to earn their MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Hartford, and finally their Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida State University. Robin is also certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
