Shelli Johnson

Shelli Johnson serves as the SVP Chief People Officer for both the Multistate Division and the Primary Health Division at AdventHealth since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shelli Johnson was an Organizational Transformation, Strategy Design, and Leadership Development Consultant at Zoki & Jo from February 2020 to January 2023. Shelli Johnson's earlier experience includes various positions at AdventHealth from October 2012 to February 2019, where roles included Executive Director of Business Partnerships & Organizational Readiness and Director of Organizational Readiness. Shelli Johnson also held the position of Human Resources Director and Business Development Leader at Emory-Adventist Hospital from December 2008 to October 2012 and was a Management Resident in Human Resources at Adventist Health System from July 2007 to December 2008. Shelli Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Union Adventist University and an MBA from Webster University.
