Todd Gothberg

Todd Gothberg has extensive experience in organizational development and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development for AdventHealth's Southeast Region since February 2015. Previously, Todd held roles such as Inspirational Speaker and Business Coach at The Jon Gordon Companies from April 2008 to November 2020, and Director of Service Excellence at Mission Health from June 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, Todd was the Director of Employee Engagement & Customer Satisfaction at Volvo Construction Equipment from November 2005 to May 2014, and held the position of Senior Director, After Sales/Parts Operations at CNH Industrial from March 1988 to November 2005. Todd earned a B.A. in Management from Gettysburg College and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lebanon Valley College.
