Amber Woods

Amber Woods is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare. Currently serving at Mercy since November 2023 and Adventist Health since March 2020, Amber has specialized in urgent care and internal medicine, delivering comprehensive health care and managing both acute and chronic health issues. Previous roles include intensive care, trauma program management at Kaweah Delta Health Care District, and a Nurse Practitioner internship at Riverway Medical Care. Amber holds a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from United States University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Bakersfield, as well as an Associate of Science from College of the Sequoias. Amber's extensive expertise includes patient assessments, diagnostic interpretation, preventive care, and the implementation of treatment plans.
