Barinder Gill

Barinder Gill is a medical professional with extensive experience in clinical documentation improvement (CDI) and coding roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a CDI Lead at Adventist Health since September 2023, Barinder holds a concurrent position as an MD Reviewer at CorroHealth, starting in April 2022. Previous positions include CDI Manager at ComforceHealth/Tower Health and CDI Lead at UnitedHealth Group. Barinder has also worked as a CDI Specialist at both Kaiser Permanente and Prime Healthcare, as well as in ophthalmic assistance and coding at Neovision Eye Center.
