David Phillips

David Phillips has over two decades of experience in IT leadership at Adventist Health, where roles have included Director and Acting Director of IT Business Applications, IT Manager, Team Lead, Project Lead, and Programmer/Analyst. In these positions, David has been responsible for overseeing the IT support for various business functions such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, while managing contracting, budgeting, staffing, and project oversight. Prior experience includes a teaching role at Bakersfield Adventist Academy. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pacific Union College.
