David Phillips

David Phillips has over 27 years of experience in information technology and education. At Adventist Health from January 2017 to September 2024, David served as Director of IT Business Applications, engaging in IT support across various business functions, including HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, while overseeing contracting, budgeting, and project management. Prior roles included Acting Director and IT Manager, where responsibilities involved leading teams for enterprise-wide Business Transformation programs and implementing cloud-based solutions. Earlier in David's career, teaching roles included serving as a Math/Computer Teacher at Bakersfield Adventist Academy and earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pacific Union College between January 1994 and December 1999.
