Joanna Smith

Joanna Smith currently serves as the Lead Speech-Language Pathologist and Center Coordinator for Clinical Education at Adventist Health since November 2022. In addition, Joanna holds the position of Animal Wellness Manager and TLC Caretaker at Aloha Animal Sanctuary, which focuses on providing care for neglected and abused farmed animals while promoting education on compassion toward these animals. Previously, Joanna worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Cooper University Health Care from January 2017 to June 2022 and at NYU Langone Health from March 2015 to December 2016. Joanna holds a Clinical Fellowship in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh.
