Mandeep Bains

Mandeep Bains has a comprehensive work experience in the field of HR technical services and business analysis. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Adventist Health, starting as a Compensation Analyst and progressing to roles such as HP Business Analyst - Operations, HP Business Analyst - Payroll, Interim Manager of HR Technical Services, and currently serving as the Lead Analyst of HR Technical Services. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle from 2015 to 2018, serving as a Global HR Analyst and Sales Compensation Analyst.

Mandeep Bains obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from California State University-Sacramento between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Mandeep has received a certification in Lean Six Sigma from the Six Sigma Society in 2021.
