Daryl Cheng is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in paediatrics and clinical informatics. Currently serving as Clinical Lead for Safer Care 4 Kids at Safer Care Victoria, Daryl also holds multiple roles at The Royal Children's Hospital, including Consultant Paediatrician in the Department of General Medicine and Consultant in Digital Health at the Melbourne Children's Centre for Health Analytics. As a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, Daryl contributes to the Victorian vaccine safety surveillance system (SAEFVIC) and leads initiatives for the Melbourne Vaccine Education Centre. Additional roles include Head of Paediatrics at Cabrini Health, Founder of Unyoked Health, and Non-Executive Director at Tweddle Child and Family Health Service. Daryl's academic contributions include an Honorary Principal Fellow position at the University of Melbourne and previous training as a Paediatric Clinical Fellow at The Hospital for Sick Children. Daryl holds a Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University.
