Marcello Khattar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcello is currently the Director of Patient Experience at Adventist HealthCare, where they lead the design and implementation of patient experience programs. Prior to this, Marcello served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at The Shade Store, where they directed customer service operations and implemented strategies to enhance client services. Marcello has also held leadership positions at Montefiore Health System, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Marcello's responsibilities in these roles varied from overseeing aspects of the guest experience, managing operational departments, implementing process improvements, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand standards. Marcello has also worked as an intern in quality assurance, accounting, and revenue management roles during their early career.

Marcello Khattar has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business. Marcello also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University. In addition, Marcello has obtained certifications in "From ideas to Action" and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U, as well as a certification in Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
