Patsy McNeil

Patsy McNeil, MD, MBA, is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as System Chief Medical Officer at Adventist HealthCare, a position held since May 2018, with previous roles including Chief Medical Officer and Interim System Chief Medical Officer. Prior to this, Patsy McNeil worked as an attending physician at Montgomery Emergency Physicians and Medstar, and held leadership positions focused on patient experience and satisfaction at East and Mountain USACS and MEP Health. Education includes an M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, a BA in anthropology and biology from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from UCL.
